Therapy groups provide a unique experience of support and belonging that in itself can be transformative. Talking with people who have similar experiences or ways of coping can be powerful.
Each group is held fortnightly and runs for six weeks with continuity of members. As well as exploring the group theme, sometimes people explore relational dynamics within the group as they unfold in the here and now. This can bring to light a clearer understanding of your own experiences and how you may be experienced by others, providing the necessary ground for developing new ways of ‘being with’.
It is understandable to feel nervous or apprehensive about joining a group, so if you would like to discuss the therapy groups I offer, please do contact me.
Groups are run fortnightly at Horsham, West Sussex. There are six sessions with a maximum of six participants per group. The fee is £240 (£40 per session).

Together we explore our individual experience of anxiety, a normal feature of being human (without it we'd be cold and calculating). We focus on better understanding our individual anxiety, what this may teach us about ourselves, and how we can develop a different relationship with it.

Together we explore our existential relationship experience with isolation and loneliness. Our sessions are stimulating and empowering. We focus on what aloneness can teach us about ourselves, our relationships and how we can enrich our attachments and live fully.
