Couple therapy
Each couple have their specific challenges they want to work through which is something we discuss in our initial consultation.

The initial 30-minute consultation open to both individuals and couples is free. We discuss what brings you to therapy now and what you wish to achieve. This provides you the opportunity to meet me (without obligation) and consider whether you feel you want to work with me. It also enables me to consider whether I am the right therapist for you.

With all clients I have a 7-day cancellation agreement whereby I ask you let me know in advance if you are not able to attend (such as holidays) or you will still incur your fee. Where possible, if you are cancelling within this time frame I will offer you another session day/time.

Mornings: Tuesday to Thursday
Afternoons: Monday to Thursday
Evenings: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Collaborative contract
So that you get the most out of your therapy, we discuss a collaborative contract, in other words, how will you know when you have achieved what you wanted. The benefit of this is, it enables me to better work therapeutically with you to achieve your goal and I can give you an indication of whether our work is likely to be short, medium or long term. This way of working does not prevent you from talking about anything you want to because this is a reflective space for you.
