Individual therapy
Weekly face to face sessions are the long established and a successful setting for talking therapy. I offer counselling and psychotherapy both in person and on-line.

I work out in Warnham and offer an initial free session so we can look at the issues on your mind and provide you the opportunity to get a feeling for how I work, without any obligation to continue with me.

Group therapy
I offer group therapy and although joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, group therapy provides benefits that individual therapy may not. My groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as low self esteem, anxiety and difficult relationships.

Psychotherapists say, in fact, that group members are almost always surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be.
Relationship therapy
Talking therapy is effective if you are both looking to resolve issues between you. Relationship therapy is more frequently used by couples however it can be effective for other relationships (siblings, parent/adult child, friends).

We often expect a lot from our partners, to be emotional soulmates, faithful sexual partners, perfect parents, and unwavering allies through life's many storms.
