Individual therapy: weekly face to face sessions are the long established and successful setting for talking therapy. I would encourage you to think about what you'd like to achieve through our work together.
On-line therapy: I am trained in delivering on-line therapy using popular video conferencing software, all you will need a computer, laptop or i-pad. If you are anxious because you have not tried this before, feel free to ask me any questions.
Couples therapy is an effective form of talking therapy for those who are looking to improve communication and resolve issues in their relationship. These sessions are face to face.
